Life's 925 04:00
The land of cultivation, is where the sparrow go And the distant moon, where the air does flow I knew everything, I knew everything I knew everything, I knew everything I couldn't make bread, I couldn't make bread, I'm going to bed, I'm going to bed, A tower rose up, the young ones grow up Your family stay well, your story Farwell Water and air is all you need. But I'm still selling jewelry We've come to live a simple life, but all I see are city lights We have everything, we have everything We have everything, we have everything I'm wearing good shoes, I'm wearing good shoes We make them for you, we make them for you A tower rose up, the young ones grow up Your family stay well, your story Farwell

A single rose on a bush, an apple on a tree, these are the things I see when you sit next to me A lady with her affair, a teen without a girl, I can see what you do to me will you please take my diamond ring You and me, together we'll be, happy though life and as free as the sea You and I will travel the world, see all the sight yea I love you my girl On a case liner to the hill of LA, together we are one, together we are fate I'm in love with you, and you're in love with me Its time to show the world Its time to make them see that your My girl That's all I really need A spaceship affair to mars with no return Why did I leave you my heart just to burn A faraway place with someone just, how could you do this when I never knew I'm here at the bar drinking whisky and wine, looing at others whilst you're still on the line This may be just it so how bout we split, good luck and all, I hope we never meet Here is you and there was me, incredible how things use to be Time is here and time is there, time to put this up a gear However could you leave me however did you care, whatever it was I just couldn't, just couldn't bare I was loving you, and you still and you're still loving me Its time to show the world Its time to make them see that your My girl That's all I really need We meet just at midnight just like way back when, except I look forward from now and then I asked if you'd be willing, and you just say yes let's start this one over from hills to west However could I leave you, however did I dear, that's history now I'm here till end I'm in love with you, and you're in love with me Its time to show the world Its time to make them see that your My girl That's all I really need That's all I really need

On The Move 02:58
A journey at night is a scary thing, this ones only made for two Cowardly figure on your couch, make one or make two Live in a dream society, or make it on your own First-class on the riverside, make or break for lunch Timetables on the flip side but you're already at home Gateway express to anywhere I want to sit right at home (Keep your bags in the stow) First-class too venus and mars, I hope the drinks are free. Reclining chair is an extra far but that's no problem for me to journeys end till journeys start I am a ruff sleeper. A cheap train far, a molding pear oh that what I live for There no taxi there's no car there is just no other way Our trains are subject to delay No time No help so don't pay From north to south, there is no clout to where my baggage is Just a space in an empty place is what I'm looking for The food is frozen the food is cheap, so what are you complaining for A trip to work, I am on holiday or whatever your preference is From boats on lakes to hotels with steaks, sod the interchange I'm five miles out, I couldn't count, you want to take me away (Your dinner is on the way)

I'll tell a story it's one you should know about a bow with feelings and handcuffs to go His blaggard mind sent and guardians hart, the rumors were true, he wanted a part The fair maiden Caren so sweet and so fine, she wanted to boys on TV prime time It's not like its a figure or a political stance, they both only wanted to go and have a dance Iv seen you at the corner of the room tonight iv seen you at the bar today But when it's a long time you'll soon decree, the best place is just here with me now I can't go on, I cant begin you perfume is sweet but I need a new tone but that's not the plan and that's not the play its time for things to begin I am not stalking I'm just re-endorsing I come to and I want you to be mine You look so lovely your hair is astounding so run to me, run to me, run to them now It's quite serious Its heart wrenching A meager few flowers are enough to take your hart but I just spell out your name Some wine for three, some shandy for four but another would just not agree Can't you see me, won't you see me, will you see me at the chess club You've got me now your mind is clear won't you come to me my dear Is this just it, is this a dream ill have to wait and see Now you're with me I love you I do I just don't know what to do The game is up the rule are flat

Digital Life 02:46
I giant spaceship in the distance, a famous figure from the past, I never liked watching TV, I never would have last, a gateway from your makers a gateway from your past, iv got all day to stay here I'm linked in with the gang It was everything, we were everything going on tonight. A tribal dispatch, some global finance in the castle on the hill. It was possible We were horrible It's not possible Online tonight A fictional pirate movie, the story of the tin man. A tale of three loonies, a tale of a great laugh It was the same We all want the fame We're all here to blame Online tonight Why stay and talk alone, when living is easy. it's a place you can call home no matter what your felling enemy in I am not, even though we've never met each other. Pixelated picture on a screen is all we see of you It's so free and so fine I never thought I'd come to see this, but now that its time goodbye Your not what I thought, and not what I'd imagined, but never mind its time goodbye

about

This album was made over the year 2020, and what a year it was. What should have been only a couple of months turned into a whole year. Jake and Jackson ended up living miles from each other due to University and work and the only time we had together was impeded by a lockdown. However, this is not the end of our story. The time we did have was used to the best of our ability and by March all songs were written and ready to record. Equipped with a computer, keyboard, and just enough space in my bedroom to fit a toddler's drum kit, we set out to record our first endeavour Along the way, there was an opportunity to get others involved. I was so glad I was able to get my step-uncle Martin Grice (of Delirium) involved. Just shows that even in a pandemic and overseas, music will always prevail...I suppose. On the few occasions we were able to meet, we were blessed to have Elysia Moncur-Byrne sing on one of our tracks as well as have friends (credited below) who added spoken parts that are drizzled through the album. As for the art work, i was able to get my Aunt Helen Plester to paint our envision. To say she did a good job would be an understatement to anyone.

Oh sorry, is this the part where I'm supposed to add a theme or an ideas of the album... truly we don't know...or maybe we do...however whatever you do, take the package and run with it. I implore you to take a moment to listen and see for yourself what we are on about...or not on about. as the listener you can decide. A nostalgic tale of travel, mystery, and emotions or just utter rubbish?

The album is available on Limited Vinyl and CD, as well as the digital Download. For more information go to www.redmicrecords.com
